Vehicle Reception
Once we have received your vehicle, our dedicated team will prepare a Vehicle Condition Report which will be emailed to you with photographs of your vehicle prior to its safe loading into the container. Please ensure the vehicle is cleared of any mud or dirt both inside and out to make sure that any quarantine rules are met.
Please ensure that the fuel gauge registers as empty. We will require a copy of your registration document (V5) and a copy of the photo page of your passport. We will also require copies of any permits or letter of authority you have received from your application to import.
If personal effects are being shipped with your vehicle we will need a full inventory. Please also make sure you have no prohibited or banned items with your vehicle.
We will deal with all the paperwork required to get your vehicle to its destination.
Your vehicle will be carefully stowed within a container by our experienced team. You can easily track your shipment via our website.
Of course, we will take every precaution to prevent any damage to your vehicle whilst in transit. However, we strongly recommend you take out comprehensive marine insurance to cover any eventualities.
After Shipment
Once your vehicle has been shipped, we will arrange for the Bill of Lading (your document of title) to be sent to you, this will enable release of your vehicle at its destination. Our agents will be in contact with you prior to the arrival of the vessel and will take care of all the necessary customs and quarantine formalities. Prior to collection of your vehicle, please ensure that the remaining 50% of your invoice is paid.
